Blake Oyler
Founder
Blake’s journey to the world of home building has been anything but conventional. Growing up in a family with a strong athletic background, he spent his early years immersed in sports, learning the values of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. His passion for competition ultimately led him to play professional baseball in Australia, an experience that shaped his work ethic and drive.
After his time on the field, Blake pursued a career in construction management, combining his background in civil engineering and business management from the University of Kentucky, with a desire to create something lasting. Blake’s experience spans land development, production residential, large and small-scale commercial projects, and high-end luxury homes. Over the years, he gained a deep understanding of the industry, and became skilled at navigating the complexities of construction to ensure each project is built with purpose and integrity.
Now, as a licensed Unlimited General Contractor, Blake focuses on delivering high-quality, well-executed projects that align with his clients’ needs. His expertise in both residential and commercial construction allows him to approach each project with a strategic mindset, and ensure efficiency, functionality, and lasting value.
Tyler Gross
From a young age, Tyler’s innate curiosity drove him to explore the inner workings of everyday items, often dismantling and reassembling them to uncover their mechanics. Growing up as the son of a residential tradesman, his passion for understanding systems naturally extended to construction job sites, where he honed his skills through hands-on experience—even when it meant making mistakes.
Tyler’s journey into the residential design-build industry was shaped by his pursuit of academic and professional excellence. After earning a master’s degree in architecture, he refined his expertise in the custom residential sector under the mentorship of an award-winning builder in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.
Today, Tyler stands at the forefront of the residential design-build industry, bringing unparalleled skill in design, cost estimation, and construction. His deep understanding of construction science ensures every project is not only visually stunning but also built to endure the test of time. Driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to client satisfaction, he leverages his broad expertise to create homes that embody craftsmanship, functionality, and enduring value.
